MOVEMENT
The human body was designed to move. Before treadmills and fitness trackers, movement was simply part of everyday life. We walked, climbed, carried, danced, explored, and played.
Today, many of us return to movement for a different reason. Not simply to change our bodies, but to quiet our minds.
To process grief. To manage stress. To celebrate what our bodies can do rather than criticize how they look.
Motion reminds us that healing isn’t always found in standing still.
